Mutton Curry Banane Ki Vidhi

Dosto sabse pahle ke bada aur gahra pan le usme tel daal kar gass par rakhe, jab tel garam ho jaye to usme adrak aur lehsun ka paste, hari mirch, kadi patta, ilaychi, jeera, long, kali mirch, jeera aur dhaniya ko daal kar achi tarah se bhune. Uske baad pyaaj daale aur golden brown hone tak iske pakaye. Ab isme tamatar daale aur tab tak pakaye jab tak tamatar gayab na ho jaye. Ab lal mirch powder, haldi powder, chart masala, dhaniya powder aur namak daal kar 1 minute tak sabko achi tarah se milaye. Ab baari aati hai chicken ki, ab chicken ke pieces daale aur sabhi ko achi tarah se mix kar de. Thodi der baad apne anusaar isme paani daale aur pan ke upar dhakan rakh de aur kam se kam 20 minute tak pakne de. 20 minute baad aapka mutton curry tyar hai.
