1. Aloo Ubal Le

Sabse pahle ek pressure cooker me aloo aur paani daal kar kam se kam 1 ya 2 city bajane tak gass par rakhe. Ab aloo ko nikal de, aloo ke bahari parat ko chil de. Ek katora le usme aloo ko daal kar achi tarah se masal de.

2. Aata Gundh Le

Ab aata gundhe, aata gundhane wala bartan le. Usme aata, baking powder aur paani daal kar ache se gundh le. Gundhane ke baad aate ko dhak kar rakh de.

3. Masala Banaye

Ab ek kadhyai me tel daal kar gass par garam kare, ab usme lehsun aur adark aur hari mirch ko daal kar fry kare. Ab upar se dhaniya powder, aamchur powder aur namak ko daal kar achi tarah se mix kar de. Ab aloo ko usme daale aur achi tarah se mix karne ke baad kam se kam 2 se 3 minute tak garam kare. Lijiye aapka masala bhi tyar hai.

4. Aloo Kachori Banaye

Ab aate me se thodi loyi le use gola karke use katore jesa bana le. Ab beech me masala daale aur upar se band kar de. Isi tarah sabhi aate ke sath esa kare aur sabki kachori bana le. Ab kadhayi me aur thoda tel daale, thoda garam kare aur fir usme 3 – 3 karke kachori daale. Dhyan rakhe ki jab kachori ka rang halka brown ho jaye tab kachori ko bahar nikal le, esa sabhi kachori ke sath kare. Lijiye aapka aloo kachori tyar hai.
